FACTS Overview¶

The Framework for Assessing Changes to Sea-level (FACTS) is a set of open-source software components that provide a framework for generating and examining projections of sea-level change. FACTS2 is a re-development of the initial FACTS framework. In this section, you will find a conceptual introduction to the FACTS projects and the different pieces of the FACTS2 software stack.

FACTS Experiment¶

A FACTS experiment is a set of modules with given parameterizations that are run, in sequence and in parallel, to generate distributions of projection sea-level rise based on a specified emissions scenario and base year. for more information, see experiment overview
